The lack of physical presence in providing services in the health care sector are not always received in a very open-minded and even sometimes in a critical way. With the help of Growth the Amanda Care platform decided to boost their client retention and gain more engagement

In order to achieve Amanda Cares goal, Growth implied different strategic solutions:

User retargeting – Growth identified valuable user profiles and developed ads specially targeted to the chosen audience segment. In addition to identifying valuable user profiles, high-cost profiles that provided low conversions were removed from the audience list.

User acquisition – by understanding the ad targeting of Amanda Care, Growth was able to generate high quality users. As a next step the ads used were optimized, in order to create a compelling story to the users.

Dynamic banners – running dynamic ad banners leads to consumers to visualize unique ads based on the browsing activity on Amanda Care’s site, which worked very well to achieve their goals.

Results

The implementation of the prior named strategies created by Growth drove to obtain impressive results within the goals Amanda Care was aiming for.

The platforms’ ROAS increased in an average of 45% in all the top-performing countries, more specifically:

  • 38% in Mexico
  • 40% in Brasil
  • 42% in the United States
