As Supervisor, Programmatic Client Services you’ll be handling combined obligations in client administration and product sales (creating tailored proposals).
You will be one of many primary voices in broadcasting the value idea of our programmatic offerings to internal teams; external clients.
By working closely with our campaign management team, you’ll also ensure that our campaigns are driving success for the clients.
You will be supported by a highly capable team; smart technology experts in Data Science, Programmatic Platforms and Advertising Operations.
Responsibilities
- Be the Growth agent to external agencies and brand direct customers
- You will be helping customers to use complex programmatic technologies for their use cases
- Business Development: Partnering with BD-team to create certain programmatic media proposals to obtain client objectives.
- Client Management: Day-to-Day go--to person for internal and external clients, including leading status and reporting calls.
- Be an expert in product/vertical/subject matters
- Keep up to date with trends of the industry in marketing and ad technology
- Building and presenting capability proposals
- Develop highly awareness of market opportunities (new products & solutions) from client interactions, in order for our new ideas pipeline to keep on evolving for future
- solution development
- Price management; bundling for proposals
- Focus on programmatic solutions and interact with our search team; social teams
- Familiarization with various strategies and tactics of programmatic campaigns in the app ecosystem
- Evolving over the time, you will be building the know-how base library of case studies and ppt-proposals
Job Requirements
- You are an expert in best practices for creative banner design including calls-to-action, taglines and technology
- Demonstrated quantitative capability making use of pivot tables and also mathematics of analyzing programmatic campaign data
- 4+ years of experience managing complex promotions in the industry
- Bachelor of Science Degree
- Third-party adserving solutions
- Comfortable in start-up like surroundings and with a hands-on mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- You know how to create reports from programmatic platforms (mainly DSPs)
- Knowledge about landing page and digital form-fill best practices is a plus
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) is a plus
