GROWTH MARKETING MANAGER


Being a growth advertising manager, you will end up a strategic thinker and self-starter, because with the knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm to determine and implement growth marketing initiatives, and also to make significant impact toa fast growing industry.

RESPONSABILITIES

Meet and exceed revenue targets for program via the following core roles:


ANALYSIS,STRATEGY, & OPPORTUNITY ASSESSMENT

·       Work together with the team of Growth Marketing.

·       Responsible for general management and development of the affiliate partnerships. Review incoming proposals and work out recommendations for testing new partners

 

EXTERNALMANAGEMENT

·       Lead agency partner to produce content marketing and promotional plans, including new customer acquisition and seasonal events, to drive revenue growth

·       Evaluate and recruit new partners such as content publishers and influencer networks to incorporate into the existing system

·       Deepen relationship with current affiliate partners on enhanced exposure via increased commissions or fixed advertising dollars

 

INTERNAL MANAGEMENT

·       Coordinate internally with marketing, creative, legal, and merchandising to execute against all partner deliverables, including assets, promo codes, monitoring links and landing pages

·       Develop strong relationships with internal key partners and develop brand new initiatives that open up growth possibilities in areas such as mobile, and content marketing

 

POST-ANALYSIS& REPORTING

·       Analyze product sales performance and trends; suggest appropriate alterations in strategy, prices, and promotions to reach revenue and expense goals

·       Proactively manage media cost plan and revenue through reporting dashboard

 

REQUIREMENTS

·       3-5 several years of expertise in driving user retention and acquisition through marketing.

·       Account administration experience to increase the partnerships and relationships

·       Experience with budget planning and pacing management

·       Previous work experience of other digital marketing networks such as for example display and native

·       We are looking for a creative, result driven and highly organized person

·       Detail orientated and strong analytic skills to measure performance against goals

·       Marketing or Communications Bachelor's Degree preferred
